The Bathypelagic Blues - Liner Notes

This unsent letter to Jim Hollis provides some background info on the album:
Dear Hoffa,
I'm wokring on an audio project that I think you can dig. In fact, your guitar stylings are featured prominently. Yes, you guessed it, I finally recovered the missing tapes we recorded at NolterVision Studios. I think they've held up well, but you can be the judge.
The year was 1994. I forgot who was in the White House, but Johnny Mills was governor of our flat at 1314 Fulton. Armed with mics, guitars and Nolter's slightly-busted 4-track, the Fulton Street Lads laid down some of the sweetest blues-inspired grooves San Francisco has ever heard. Well, no one has heard until now.
That's right, coming out of a website near you, the BATHYPELAGIC BLUES features 14 "songs." As you probably don't recall, some tracks, like Battlestations, Submariner and Run the Sacred Rabbits were previously aired on Cheap TV.
I know, it's crazy.
Peace, Love and War,
A.Z.
